Your bespoke Summer weekend itinerary awaits ...

Friday afternoon ... arrive at your private villa at Cassis Red Hill where you will enjoy a chilled Foxeys Hangout Sparkling Rosé to kick off your weekend escape. 

Saturday morning ... ‘blend your own’ sparkling wine at the award winning Foxeys Hangout winery with co-founder and sparkling wine maker, Michael Lee. Sweeter? Dryer? White? Pink? It’s up to you to create the chemistry that’s perfect for your palate.

Saturday lunch ... whilst your uniquely created personal bottle to take home is being corked, you will step inside the Foxeys' kitchen, overseen by chef Bernard McCarthy, to enjoy lunch for 2 consisting of share plates showcasing the Peninsula’s best seasonal produce. 

Sunday morning ... before heading home you will be taken on a private vineyard walk at Morning Sun in Main Ridge (also managed by Foxeys Hangout). You will be treated to a wine tasting at a private table amongst the vines, then return to the winery.
